Low-key date = KazuNori and a walk around Arts District, random bar you didn’t plan. Always works. Or drive up to Mulholland, park somewhere quiet, bring takeout. Cheap but feels like a movie scene.

My go-to low-key but memorable date is starting in Los Feliz. I’ll grab something casual like Alcove or Little Dom’s, then just walk around the neighborhood. It’s one of the few places in L.A. that actually feels walkable and cozy. If the vibe is right, we’ll stop by Skylight Books and browse for a bit (low pressure but surprisingly fun), then end with dessert or a drink somewhere nearby. It’s not flashy at all, but it always feels personal and way more memorable than some loud, overhyped rooftop.
