I still remember that Hollywood Hills fire. It came very close to our apartment on Sunset Blvd (West Hollywood). Back then, I wasn’t even sure if HOA covers fires or just earthquakes. We got lucky back then. Sadly, not everyone did..
Let’s pray that this won’t happen again anytime soon. Insurance is already unaffordable. Driving towards Malibu makes you realize how bad things still are.
