My friends and I want to go to The Abbey Food & Bar (The Abbey) in West Hollywood, and I’m curious what everyone else thinks of it these days. I remember it was sold to entrepreneur Tristan Schukraft in late 2023. So what’s the vibe nowadays?

Yes, I still go pretty regularly whenever I am in L.A.. The vibe has stayed solid even after the ownership change. The food is consistently good (the brunch is still one of the better ones in WeHo), the drinks are strong, and the patio is always a nice spot to hang.
It can get touristy on weekends, but weeknights still feel local enough. Definitely worth going if you haven’t been in a while.

I’ve been a few times this year (as it’s right around the corner) and still like it a lot. It’s one of the few places in West Hollywood that actually feels lively without being chaotic. The energy is good, the staff is usually friendly, and it’s easy to just grab a drink and people-watch. Maybe not as glamorous as 15 years ago, but for a classic WeHo spot, it still delivers.

I went with my brother last summer and the location is still great. Relaxed vibe, not too crowded during the week. Good for drinks or some food.

To be honest I feel like it got better over the last two years. Service is more on point and they actually care about your feedback.
Things certainly didn’t go downhill after the owner changed. I feel quite the opposite.

Went there a couple of weeks ago. The vibe is still great. Felt less crowded than I remembered it. The crowds were friendly, and so was the service.

Service, vibes, drinks, food... didn't disappoint. Was worth the drive.
