I would like to know what you pay or paid in the Palms area (especially studio, 1-bedroom & 2-bedroom)? There are plenty of offers for over 2k on Zillow, but I am sure some of you got better deals?

I have a friend somewhere near the Boardwalk 11 area on National Blvd, and I believe he pays around 1700-1800 for a one-bedroom place. Another friend moved away from Plams because they wanted to raise his rent to well over 2k. I myself lived in a 1-bedroom apartment on 3439 Vinton Avenue for 1300 Dollar 8-9 years ago. I know the guy who moved in afterwards paid way more for that place.
My final take.. Yes, there are still some places under 2k, but they are very rare and hard to find. Those times when the Palms area was “affordable” are sadly over.

A 1-bedroom for under 2k is possible, but most people pay more in 2026. Same for the Mar Vista area.
