Anyone going to Recollect Underground tonight?

Looks like it’s running from 11 PM until 5 AM somewhere in LA, with the exact location being sent out/TBA. Music is supposed to be tech house, minimal and deep house, so definitely more of an underground after-hours vibe than a regular club night.

For this specific event, they tell people to text “UNDERGROUND” to (833) 360-7060 for the location/info. The listing confirms it’s a secret DTLA location and still shows the venue as TBA.

Our DA Hochman confirmed it too. He said: "The evidence will show, when we present it, that she was impaired by drugs at the time. In fact, she had narcotics in the car at that time. She was driving well beyond the speed limit."

Just saw that overall homelessness rose by 3.4% to over 45k unhoused individuals. Unsheltered homelessness (people living in tents, cars, or encampments) in the city jumped by 7.9%. Unbelievable numbers and they are still committing homelessness nonprofit fraud.

At some point the question has to be not just “how much are we spending on the homeless issue?” but “which programs are actually getting people permanently off the streets and where does the money actually go?”
